DESCRIPTION:This interactive session will highlight the importance of qualitative research in bringing the voices of the public closer to local decision-makers. Drawing on two case studies – research for the Local Government Authority (LGA) and West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) – it will showcase innovative research tools and techniques that have been developed during the pandemic.
