A Performance Management Officer vacancy has arisen in Wirral Intelligence Service based within Wirral Council. Performance management plays a vital role in improvement, good governance, decision making and effective evidence based planning.
The post will support the development, implementation and evaluation of the Council and associated partnerships Performance Management Frameworks. They will directly support the performance improvement agenda through the collection, analysis and reporting of accurate and timely performance information to ensure the continuous improvement of services. The post is also responsible for providing insight and intelligence to commissioners and service managers to inform evidence based decision making and forward planning.
Post holders will have high level analytical and research skills with experience of developing intelligence to measure outcome delivery and to critically challenge and support service management.
