Salary: £40,619 to £43,387 per annum, full time

You will lead on performance for the People Directorate, managing a team in the Commissioning Hub, driving improvement and an intelligence led culture.
The Intelligence, Performance and Policy function consists of business intelligence, research, policy and complaints staff, working on areas including Adults and Children’s Social Care, Education, Health and Wellbeing. As part of the Commissioning Hub we work with staff from a wide range of specialisms within the council and with partner agencies.
You will be proactive in leading and developing the Performance function, possessing strong communication skills and able to work with a range of different professionals. Your ability to translate complex reports into clear and meaningful recommendations at a strategic level will be vital to this role.
Dudley is currently procuring a new ICT system across social care, to help provide better connectivity across children and adults. You will utilise your technical understanding to provide clear guidance to the team in continuing to improve our reporting abilities through this process.
