We would like to invite you to participate in a study to find out about recruitment and retention in adult social care and the impact of the 2014-2017 Adult Social Care Recruitment and Retention Strategy. The study is being carried out by the Social Care Workforce Research Unit based at King’s College London and is funded by the Department of Health Policy Research Programme.

If you agree to take part in this study, it would involve a researcher telephoning you at a time that you choose to ask some questions about recruitment and retention in social care. The questions are mainly about your opinions on the adult social care workforce and recruitment and retention. A small number of people working in similar industries to social care are also being interviewed. We expect that the interview would last around a quarter of an hour. Alternatively, the researcher could email you the questions and you could email your replies back to the researcher.

If you are interested in taking part, please contact Martin Stevens – martin.stevens@kcl.ac.uk / 07767 086290
